You want to own a coin on basis of best bounty? Impossible to find out before the coin gets listed. And also an unspoken rule that will get actual coin community members to disregard you.
Choose a coin you like. A coin you want to use. A coin you believe is good in prospects not only in price but in utility. The space needs coins like these now, not just throwaway tokens that clog up the network.
I also agree with this suggestion that you should go and do your own research and find the coin with very good and promising potentials and not base your decision on suggestions given by others because different people have different view of a coin.
