help getting started

i've got a bitminer usb thingy

i know i need to download software but i can't for the life of me find it!

i've tried bfgminer but get stuck when it tells me to change the target to C:\bfgminer\bfgminer.exe -S antminer:all -o mint.bitminter.com:3333 -u bitcoinco_demo -p x --set-device antminer:clock=x0781 as you're not allowed to put : into the target field so i'm screwed.

i'm running windows 7

have an online wallet at blockchain

honestly can someone tell me how to start?

sorry for the question i know you'll probably be asked it dozens of times a day but i couldn't find a previous thread that helped
