Any thoughts on the Chinese Token funds DHVC, FBG and NGC and Node Capital

Does anybody have any insights on these Chinese VCs/Token funds, I see a lot of recent Silicon Valley projects, for example, Quark Chain/ Celer/ Ankr and DxChain have these funds name on them.

Have heard a lot of mixed reviews about them, for example, DHVC getting in projects at a really early round and selling allocation at a high markup to pump up the price, are these real acquisitions?

Does anybody have any insights into these funds?
