My Internet Speed is 10kbps??

Oh. Dunno why I didn't initially think of this. Some ISPs have per-connection QoS limits (so you may have a 2mbps connection, but for each connection you make, you're only permitted maybe 500kbps). 10kbps would be stupid, but I guess it's possible.

Try a download accelerator like Download Accelerator Plus (riddled with adware... maybe there's a better recommendation) which will force extra connections to download the file in parallel and get around the possible restriction.

yeap seriously very slow i have good speed with 512kb/sec i thinks its compulsory speed hope you change your connection
