A 10,000 Bitcoin Bid just popped up on bitstamp, this is going down quick! Someone is either trying to scare, or is looking to dump 10,000 coins

That Bitcoin bid hit at like 0.25$ above Spot Price. Exactly what would happen if some noob went to sell 10K Bitcoin using Bitstamp's 'Simple Sell' option. On Bitstamp, if not using any 3rd party trading tools, Simple Sell option results in limit order at spot price. That 10K sell order was a spot price sale.

Either a hack or a noob.

"No" is the short answer

Seems that the short answer is "Yes"

Bitfinex victims. DO NOT TOUCH THE BFX TOKEN! Start moving it around, or trading it, and you will be construed as having accepted it as an alternative means of payment to your USD, BTC, etc.

They probably got kicked out of the building, it is my understanding the manager and some tenets were worried about the property value taking a hit because of the protesters, apparently thats a big thing in japanese real estate

I believe in good karma. Are you really going to defend Mark, their is solid proof he purchased a virtual office, explain this please. You have a office in a Tokyo highrise with private office, and staff... But decide to run everything from a virtual office. I've seen how bankruptcy proceedings work, the more assets you dissolve, the less you will have to forfeit in bankruptcy proceedings.

Yes, a company moving from a spacious high rise office would certainly be in line with a company winding down...

pardon my ignorance, but is there any news reports around stating that Gox are moving to a 'virtual office'?

That spacious high-rise office you speak of that Mark moved from was also a virtual office space that Mt Gox leased month-to-month. This was known two years ago, hence my recent postings. He simply moved from one virtual office to another.

As far as BTC Builder is concerned, I'm in a quagmire, for what's been presented to me to date, I'm hesitant to release due to the parties directly involved. Me not happy right now. Not happy at all.

I had a spark of interest in your initial post, and for a moment entertained the idea that you really might have access to some inside information. But then you went and posted this.

Why would a company making millions, purchase a virtual office, from what is being uncovered, Marks has begun liquidation of the Mt.Gox office infrastructure

The problem for me now is that you can't both have inside info, and then post something that ill-informed and unverifiable.

1. MtGox hasn't "purchased a virtual office." They've moved back to using a virtual office address that they used to use before, citing "security concerns." I did already speculate that this was bad news:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=477103.msg5261419#msg5261419

because I felt that it may well indicate that worse revelations were to come, and Karpeles didn't want to be accessible to people.

2. Please post a link to some evidence of this liquidation of office assets. Otherwise it's hard to take you seriously, as it's unclear what office assets there would even be. Do we even know how many employees MtGox had space for at the office that people were protesting outside of? I saw comments that said there were four floors. Seems odd that no one has been able to identify that many MtGox employees in that case. But even if it is four floors, it's going to be at most low three figure quantity desks and PCs. It's a rented office.

It's not a bad bet to speculate that worse things are to come for MtGox, but you're claiming to have actual inside info. So, throw us a bone and validate some of it?
