What is best VPS that accept bitcoin or altcoins?

Looking for the best vps option for hosting PiVX masternode, but most popular option needs PayPal or Card payments including vultr (vultr accepts bitcoin but needs the first payment with credit card.). So what is the next option do I have to stay fully anonymous?

I have read somewhere that RouterHosting is also accepting BTC and other Cryptocurrency through coinpayments.com. It’s a good way to start your VPS and I think they also accept Paypal, etc.
