[WTB] I need an entropay VCC for paypal verification only

Hello, i had entropay but it no longers works in my country due to new regulations. Paypal only charges about 8 cents for the verification after you get reimbursed. I dont want to use the balance in the card, I will only use the 8 cents from the card for the verification. How much would you charge me for this? Anybody?

you mean need entropay vcc with balance 8 cents ?

I meant that I need an entropay vcc with 2 usd in it. After the verification ebay paypal returns 1.92 so I would only use 8 cents from the card...
