The best thing that Gox customers can do to defend themselves now

Is to make it very loud and clear now that Gox will be asked in court to produce all fraudulent transactions' records (which they surely have) to substantiate any claim of bitcoin theft, if that ever becomes their reason to go bankruptcy. I hope it's  not too late for some to realize that the public blockchain allows easy verification of such claims but it's almost impossible to fabricate such evidence without some kind of forward planing. Now having said all this I don't foresee Gox insolvency due to bitcoin theft.
