Good day. On my personal opinion I choose a project that's unique and not just copy cats. A fresh idea is interesting for me especially if it already has a company before it joined blockchain technology. An ICO that has a usable product. I honestly don't search much on ICO sites but I only here on bitcoitalk ANN threads. And informations on social media.
