Pool shows half hashrate (400khs) than tht shown in CGminer CMD(800khs)

HI, new to mining,
I am running XFX r9 290x, What I am noticing is that the hash rate shown in the mining pool is almost half than that shown in CMD. When the hash rate in the Cmd window shows 850, and in pool it shows just around 400. which is the actual hashrate I am getting? Feeling confused.

Hey,

Whats really couting is your WU of your CGMiner windows (top right).

The pool can only backcalculate this value, some pools do this only for 5-10 minutes for performance reasons...

So if your WU is ok, then your interface should jump arround this value and everything is ok.
