I was wondering what the rules for buying bitcoins and paying through https://venmo.com?

Probably one of the worst payment methods for vendors/sellers as it has HUGE potential for chargebacks..I'm sure it's great for unscrupulous buyers. Most sellers on localbitcoins.com won't touch Venmo with a 10 ft. pole...I know I won't.

yes people hit me up all the time to by with venmo.  It is scam central.
