I made a transfer of coins between two gox accounts but when I lookup on blockchain at the address to which the coins was sent, I see nothing, blockchain says the address wasn't used on the network, strange... and yet the coins did move from one account to another.

Any reason for that?

Note : I made the transfer after gox suspended withdrawals but before their website shut down

Internal transfers, like most exchanges, occur off-net.

You answered your own question.

Our family was terrorized by Homeland Security.  Read all about it here:  http://www.jmwagner.com/ and http://www.burtw.com/  Any donations to help us recover from the $300,000 in legal fees and forced donations to the Federal Asset Forfeiture slush fund are greatly appreciated!

But they still have a txid, shouldn't they appear on the network?

Those IDs may look like Bitcoin TxID but they are not. Internal TXs are just account clearing process done in their database.
