1st thing I see right away is you need a username not a wallet address. Wallet addresses are used as usernames for P2Pool, not for solo mining.  Now I wont be as much help with the rest of it because I run my solo mining straight off the same computer. But here is how I do it:

1. Open wallet and let it sync.
2. Exit wallet.
3. Click start button and type in %appdata% and hit enter.
4. In the appdata folder open the folder for the wallet Im solo mining
5. Create a .conf file
6. Make sure to use the rcpport from config file in the cgminer config...ie "localhost:8835"
7. Run cgminer.
8. Come back a few hours later and weep because solo mining isnt worth the trouble.....

Over simplified but thats basically how I do it. I know your trying to run wallet on one computer and mine from another. I think as long as you have the rcpallow and your rcpports correct it should work (I think)
