Which section to report a shady business that's advertising their service here?

I've written an extensive report on a supposed legitimate business that is in fact far from that.

It is not a scam either cause they have a few clients but more like a business ran by people who lie , use fake team members, alot of red flags, etc...

So where do I post it to warn the community about them?

Or even in the Scam Accusations should be ok.
