i'd like a loan, my collateral: steam account with about 250$ in games with level 5 on it.
need = 25$ btc aka 0,00383 BTC (i think)
i will payback in 1 week (max)

Steam account is worthless. Read https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.0 and either provide valid collateral that is 120% of what youre asking or lock this thread before you get a negative feedback.
