I am planning to start Binary Options Trading in the Block Chain. I can take care of the development and launch. I am looking for an investor who can fund for the bank roll and marketing.
Let me explain you how the Binary Options Work...
We can have the timer as 5 minutes or 10 minutes.
The user has an option to select UP or Down...
Example - Will the Bitcoin Price go up after 5 minutes or go down after 5 minutes?
If the player has selected up and the price of the bitcoin is up on the exact 5th minute, he will win 70 percent of his investment. If he has bet for 1 eth he will get 1.70 eth back..
If the price is down on the 5th minute, he will lose.
Whenever some one loses, the admin will take 5 percent and keeps the balance in the contract to pay other winners. In this binary options the winners rate is less compared to the losers. We are keeping 95 percent of the losers money in the contract to pay the winners. But we are paying only 70 percent to the winners. In this way, the business will be profitable for sure. But in the initial stage, we should have some bank roll because if some one wins in the initial stage itself, we have to pay from the bank roll money. In few months, the contract will have enough money in the bank roll to pay the winners. But initially, we have to fund the project. May be 10 to 20 ETH in the start would be sufficient for a bankroll.
I can pay 50 percent of the 5 percent (admin's share) to the investor. Everything is going to function in the smart contract and hence there are no chances for cheating any one. Everything is transparent in the ethereum blockchain which is decentralized.
