An important query for mining experts

i will speak about Florincoin  coin

this is only for example

 Block Time  40.00 second(s)
this mean that every 40 second find block

 Network Hashrate    436.74 GH/s

Here comes the important question

What if we reduced Network Hashrate to become  100 GH/s

At this moment the block will be find every 40 seconds???

if yes
What if we reduced Network Hashrate to become  20 GH/s
At this moment the block will be find every 40 seconds???

if yes also
What if I was the only one who was mining this coin and entered only with a very small hash power
Will the network give me the block every 40 seconds Huh??

This has nothing to do with bitcoin, you need to post in the proper altcoin section for answers.

Also please stop posting with huge colored font. Please try to write like normal people do.
The answer is: hash rate should not affect block time; if the coin is properly coded, the network is adjusting itself (changes difficulty) to keep the same block time no matter how the hash rate changes. It's called difficulty retargeting.
Also your math is wrong. In your example, if the difficulty remains the same, if the hash rate drops, you will find block in much longer time.

Maybe you should read a bit more about difficulty and retargeting.
