I paid for Antminer Z9 and innosilicon a9 ZMaster on their sites, but have never got any tracking number. And there is no way to contact them.
I was too naive, so got robbed.

And i tried with another one Antminer-store.com and i Surprised that it realy resell the products

Two days before I get a call in phone , They were the customs and they tell me that there is a package was arrived from china , And i have to get the authorizations to use these machines , Now i cannot give any permissions from where and how to get it it's a genuis device, Any suggestion please?

Personally for me, I do not use this but I will suggest that you take your time to do a very good research and after the research, you can be able to conclude if it is a trusted one or not.

The first question is, are you sure that the ones who do call you is from customs? If not, then try to verify and go to their office and you will find out that they are saying legit things or just purely a part of scam or gameplay of those people who sent you out that miners which is totally fake because they do know most people wont bother to solve the issue with customs one there were problems been faced.
I suspect this is just an alibi or fake call.

Try to research on real shops that sell things that you need and some people have already used their service and have satisfactory results.. Don't try new something your self since you might lose a lot and to tell that nothing from this site is real... Be careful..

Why not purchase directly from the manufacturers? sorry I'm not a miner so I don't know the process. But for others, don't purchase miners to unwanted websites or just because they have "miner" on their domain name.

OP reply on where do you live, your country seem to be strict with those shipments.

The best is to ask those customs on what you must do.

If you want to buy any goods like you mentioned then I suggest you to visit the Goods section and also their child boards maybe you will find some legit sellers here but don't forget to read their trust feedback before dealing with them.

It's common thing when you buy from China that orders stuck at customs. Then you have to pay VAT and import duty taxes and then customs release your order. But seems that your problem is different, I don't know how to solve it. You need to communicate with your customs and provide everything what they ask you.

You need to do research and look for references to see the seller's reputation. You should not be easy to believe if someone contacts you. make sure everything is safe. because people can retrieve your data they pretend to be customs

Well I guess it will be a dead end for OP because customs won't let this just slip away from them unless you'll know people in custom and you do the dirty tricks that of course they'll accept.

Though I'm not familiar with this mining things ( I guess ) OP should just look at his local market or ask for recommendations from his friends to avoid this circumstances. But then again the damage had been done so let's hope for the better.
