I used to do a lot of trading in Cryptopia but now it seems they do not live to the expectation of traders I've deposited 926 blockpool token I have contacted their support department but it's been 72 hours and I haven't got any response from the team

I don't know how long will it takes to resolve my issue it could take months based on other people's complaints, glad that I did not deposit all my blockpool tokens here, I just tested them because they are the only exchange where blockpool is being traded.

I had a problem with them too a couple of months ago when I deposited my XVG, but everything was solved.
you do not have to worry about this problem if you are not in rush, because their support is not responsive and will reply your message once a week or if you are lucky enough you will get a fast response from them for every 5 days(friday~sunday are their free time).
just make sure you send a ticket every week or 2 times a week to follow up your problem.

not the first time they did it, and will not be the last one either.

Damn that long I am not in a rush since the market is bearish I am not looking to trade my coins soon, all I need is a confirmation that they will eventually credit it, and I want people to know the issue with Cryptopia, I don't know,it's not good for an exchange reputation to answer that long.

Damn that long I am not in a rush since the market is bearish I am not looking to trade my coins soon, all I need is a confirmation that they will eventually credit it, and I want people to know the issue with Cryptopia, 

They can be painfully slow, I can confirm that from personal experience. Eventually, the coins that were unavailable due to some Cryptopia wallet issues become available again, but I had to wait several weeks for this to happen.

I think they are reading people's comment and opinion here on Bitcointalk, my deposit is now credited to my account, I am surprised all I thought they will resolve this issue next year judging from people's feedback on their deposit, there seems to be an improvement on Cryptopia now, hopefully they can do this to other deposit issues.
