Job description
We are looking for a qualified Community manager for the Turkish community to join our team. If you are a crypto enthusiast, experienced in social media, PR and promotional events, we would like to invite you to work with us.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Turkish and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great communication skills and the ability to moderate online conversations with our community.

Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all Turkish community communications.

Responsibilities
Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
Respond to comments and community member queries in a timely manner
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
Build relationships with community members, supporters, industry professionals and journalists
Stay up-to-date with digital & crypto technology trends

Requirements
Excellent writing skills in both English and Turkish
Able to reply comment on Telegram 6 to 8 hours per day.
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Payment
Candidate will be paid in XRM tokens.
2,000 XRM ($120)will be paid per week.
4,000 XRM ($240) bonus will be given per every 2 weeks, and 8,000 XRM ($480) bonus will be given per every 4 weeks.

(Payment will be delivered after the ICO. A contract will be signed to guarantee the payment.)

Time duration
From now until 31st Jan 2019 (this can be extended based on the results)
