I would like to create a list of all services that can be used to pay bills by SEPA bank transfer and are avaliable in september 2018. All options are interesting that do not require to open an own Iban bank account and are paid directly bith BTC (or other cryptos).
Exchanges that transfer to any bank account, anonymous and non-anonymous services can be listed.
https://www.piixpay.comID and utility bill needet for verification, fast payment and trustworthy service, fees are not the cheapest but ok: 5€ + 1.75% standart fees to process a transfer

https://www.bitbill.euAnonymous SEPA and IDeal payments, they had some problems with orders “pending” multiple days without being sent and slow support in the past, seems to be fast and working again now, cheap fees: 0,95€ +1%
