Are you sure that you own that address? Or you just add the public key (bitcoin address) directly to your blockchain wallet?

Because if you just add the public key or bitcoin address and not the private key or seed phrase you don't have access to that wallet.

Do you have any seed phrase backup?
If you have the backup seed you can recover your wallet and make new blockchain account.

There are some blockchain users here experienced the same thing.

Let's hope that you haven't sent it to a bitcoin address that you don't have access.

Blockchain will give you 12 words seed during signup you must save it because it's important and you can use it to recover the entire wallet although without it you can't recover the wallet ever.
