mmorpg and bitcoin

dumb question,  but people always buy stuff on WOW or Farmville whatever,  why can't they use bitcoin?  Or better said why isn't there a mmorpg for bitcoin?

Honestly I could picture people buying that stuff,  if the mmorpg only accepted bitcoin it would boost the value of it as well since it would be considered "a killer app"  ...

There's a site on r/Bitcoin that's in invite-only-beta stage that's allowing users to trade virtual goods for Bitcoin.

There's also a gambling MMORPG that's based entirely off of Bitcoin, as well as the MineThings game.
