Prime Talent Chain is trying to making heads turn in the recruitment field by offering a better platform for employers and job-seekers. By using advanced technologies and algorithm we are all set to make the recruitment process less time consuming and a lot easier. AI, Blockchain and Big data are the key factors here. The below are the algorithmic tools we use to carry out the recruitment process.

Prime Source:

This is a resume sourcing algorithm. Resumes are sourced from numerous reliable sources based on few quality parameters.

Prime Screen:

The AI, Blockchain and Big Data-enabled tool to screen, filter quality resumes and do a preliminary background check on the resumes.

Prime Recruit:

Through IVRs, e-mails, chatbots, SMS the shortlisted resumes of the job-seekers are notified and this communication is completely automated.

Prime Parser:

This tool segregates shortlisted resumes into various Skill Communities.

 Skill Communities:

Skill Communities are developed using Blockchain which is the collection of resumes based on the skill set and location mentioned in the resumes. All job-seeker resumes will be segregated automatically to form skill communities. The employers can access all the resumes in the Skill Communities.
