[SOLVED] Sportsbet.io declined my withdrawal and dont let me place bet anymore

What happened::
I started to play sportsbet.io yesterday and could win some bucks after lose, but after I try to withdraw my btc they declined it and when I want to place another bet it says Insufficient funds. I have now a bad feeling because I know if you win money casino will make problem with you... That is why I post this topic here and I want to discuss what I should do in the next step

Did you contact them through the email they provided to you?

I don't know what happened but it seems like a technical issue since your withdrawal was denied and balance is now empty (I'm assuming so because you said got an insufficient balance notification).

For now, just notify them about your issue at their ann thread ^[1] and also send a pm to their representative^[2] if he can help you sort out the issue.

Hello I have more than 20mBTC balance, it is not empty. So why they dont allow me to place a bet??

Sorry, just trying to be certain and make sure there is no miscommunication. By "email", were you referring to sending a personal message as _act_ suggested or were you saying that you've send an email to the address given to you, as per what Cantsay suggested?

After I send the email my account works fine as before and now I am able to place bet and withdraw, I dont know what happened but thank you my problem is solved
