As per my judgment you have only this amount and you can not afford the loss right? so i will advice you don;t invest in ICO and never buy any shit coin, Only invest it in top 10 coins i will suggest you TRX which is cheap and in near future it may return you good, XRP, ADA,Ethereum and BTC are also good to invest, Buy and hold for good return.
