Can find few links in this thread I find it pretty useful: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4933113.0

Many people use those cards, although I don't have huge experience with them. But yeah they can come pretty handy for places that don't accept BTC directly. If you are from EU like best card right now would be wirex  there are other providers as well. If you still have any doubts you can ask on services section how good or bad experience have other had with particular provider. You have to look carefully as some providers have cards on the website but when you register they will tell you card is not available still because of the WaveCrest thing.

Check this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1242788.0

I would vote for UQUID, Wirexapp since I have used them in the past but not sure If they're still as good as they used to be.

I am using Wirex. It's not the best possible, but it's far from bad.

It works in Europe (if you live elsewhere you better check), it's accepted in most of the places I've tried to use it, they even have virtual cards if you prefer those and the fees are acceptable, even for small amounts. Bitcoin top up depends on the fee you pay and nothing else, exchange from Bitcoin to fiat takes less than 5 seconds. They have Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ripple and they have Euro, GB Pound and US dollar. They have 0.5% cashback at offline shopping. Their app is simple, but pretty good, you get push notifications after each spend (if you want them).

One minus is that you cannot withdraw more than 250 EUR/day at ATM (and the ATM fee too).

But the only really bad thing is that if there are issues, it's all about luck. There some are some very skilled members in the support team and there are some very bad members in the support team. If you are unlucky you may lose a lot of time, nerves and sometimes even money, so the general rule is to not keep big amount on their cards until they get better.

And you have to verify your account for real use of the card, else the limits are bad.

Anyone using them?Which are the Top 5?

In addition tocthe threads that they've linked here, check this article that shows reviews on available bitcoin debit cards: https://coinsutra.com/best-bitcoin-debit-cards/
They list their pros and cons so it's very helpful.
So far, I haven't tried or used any bitcoin debit card due to it's unavailability of it in my country.

I don't know why people just copy old articles and repost them. Lousy job, done only for referral money.
Cryptopay just started working for residents from Russia. Next would be Europe, God knows when, then maybe the rest of the world. However, nothing on that page you posted (however, since I guess that's your page, you can improve it).
There are other possible working cards that may need attention, in no particular order: Monaco, Minex. Some say Monaco is scam, I don't know. However, people should know about them if there's a list of cards.
Then there are the cards that work only in America. No word about them. The page overall is disappointing.

Try check at this spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1DRbTeMCzb4UeXI0YlAzBxMc2u2i0cN_17Ql6eMngK6E/edit#gid=0 its a little bit outdated but it contains a lot information and status about each card. But remember to always do research first, just in case if something bad happen.

Thank you for your kind answer, this would be very helpful for all of us here. I want to say that who wants to get bitcoin debit cards first we have to search that the card should be suitable for our countries. I used to have BTC debit card which was Bitpay but i couldn't use it in my country and i lost my balance...

I'm pretty sure you could have a refund for it although they probably had a due date or something. Have you ever tried getting in touch with their support?

Not much point in asking this without stating what country you're in.

If you're in the US you're sorted. Bitpay and Coinbase cards have been rock solid. If you're in the EU the options collapsed but are slowly coming back like Wirex, which I have and is fine but you do get lightly gouged on the exchange rates.

If you're outside both you're stuck with weirdnesses like Wagecan and not much else.

Yes. You're a lucky person as European cards have been coming and going since the start of the year. Another one just seized up as well.

The Bitpay card is available in all states. The Coinbase one you'll need to check but I think NY at least is excluded.

The Bitpay one converts all the BTC you send to it when I had one. I would assume the Coinbase one only converts what you spend there and then but you'd need to check.

Here's a website I found on this topic in one of the branches on the forum https://cryptopay.me/bitcoin-debit-card
Also, I have an assumption that at the moment this system is only in development, the Master card is working very hard on how to create this system on the blockchain, so that you can transfer bitcoins directly to Fiat at any ATM in the world.
