Their ICO ended april 30th. They were supposed to pay the bounty hunters right after it.
Whenever people ask when the tokens will be distributed, they either don't answer or keep delaying the whole thing, claiming they have more important things to deal with.

Last time people asked was july 20th, CEO Michael Collins said it would be done in the next 10 days.
Hi, I apologize about the delay. Yesterday I have instructed the smart contract team to begin disbursement. They said the it will take 10 days. I am pressuring them to get it done sooner.
We have been working with our equity investors to finalize investments, plus we have made massive progress on platform development, partnerships etc.
Once our investments are in we will finalize our listing with Bancor.

Still nothing, the guy has vanished.
I heard from someone supposed to be on the team (he told me his name was associated with the project but he didn't really have anything to do with it) that Mr. Collins also owed 13k for software expenses.
