Should you register for the exchange eosex? I thought it would be similar to Tokenjar, fast transactions and no registration, but I hope this exchange will succeed.

It's Dice, EOSex just simplified all the procedures. You don't need to have an EOS account, you don't need to buy RAM. You can just register and deposit, then you can bet.
