There are some reasons for those currencies to stay in top 100. Most of them might not have the product but are used as a service token or value token.

And then can it be classified as utility token? I might think they can't. Most of them are only speculations coins. I remember when there was a lot of people hyping them all. There was a lot of projects that have a fully working product that really undervalued right now.
