House flipper looking for equity financial partner

I'm a real estate investor and realtor. I get a few good properties every month and I'm looking for a financial equity partner to invest in flips. You will strictly be the financial partner: which includes the purchase and rehab of the property. We can structure ownership of the properties however you feel comfortable.
