According to a recent report, China has alleged that 80% of the altcoin contains the "plagiarism" component. The report analyzed 488 different types of electronic money, found that the code reinforced more than 90% of projects with similarities up to 80%.

This is indeed sad to see that there are so many fraudulent activities that people are getting away with. At the same time it is true that even though there are an increased number of ICO projects, most of them do not have anything lucrative to offer.
