ICOBench and ICO Listing Sites

I know this has been asked before but things evolve quickly in this Market.

There are hundreds of listing sites, but to me ICOBench definitely continues to be a reference and starting point for many ICOs and investors. I also know there is controversy about corruption around expert reviews.

So knowing these sites exist and all of the variables, question is, what would your advise to people be regarding these sites and how to go about them?, for example, option a) stay away from them, option b) they are ok but DYOR, option c) go somewhere else, etc. and why, according to your expert, investor, hunter points of view.
