Goxed by CEX.io?

Hi guys,
I made a deposit of about half a BTC about 24 hours ago. The deposit to my deposit address has been well confirmed but my balance hasn't been updated :/
I contacted support and only got a reply about my inquiry being passed on to a supervisor for "thorough investigation" *SIGH* How hard can it be to check the blockchain and update my account.

I noticed they "updated their wallet" yesterday but that really shouldn't last 24 hours.

Anyone else having problems depositing or withdrawing from cex.io?

I "lost" about 0.5 BTC when I was trading a cex.io a few weeks back. As it turned out, I had enabled their (daily random time) autopayout feature at 0.01 BTC the day before and it triggered as I was trading. Happily, the 0.5 BTC showed up in my Bitcoin-Qt wallet 3 blocks later.

A couple of months ago I was playing around on cex.io... Then randomly 1.5btc arrived at my depositing address. I definitely didn't deposit it.  

I contacted the support team but they seemed even more clueless about it than me at the time.

Maybe something like this has happened to you, your money has been received by another account or something?
