1. Download /unpack a fresh copy of the wallet on a different PC.

I can archive and send you the entire wallet without my wallet.dat (synced till today)
Same issue for me.
Wallet loads only about 20% of the time. Even when it loads, give it 2-6 mins and it crashes. Tried it on 5 Pc's now from Win 7 to Win 10.
Clean install / roaming deleted each test
Total crap !
