BTC and some coins are rising and the story of USDT

As you see Bitcoin and other coins are rising.
as I heard there are some bad news of usdt and traders/hodlers dont want to keep usdt any more, that is the reason why btc and some altcoins have suddenly risen an hour ago

otherwise, kucoin exchange has announced : "USDT Deposits and Withdrawals are Now Enabled"

Well the news of USDT is that the price of the coin went down in price when they sold the coin to everyone as a stable coin. they said the coin was the equivalent of usd but now the price of the coin went down so people are actually starting to believe that the coin is a scam and what they told everyone of the investors that made them buy it was all a lie
