What's your best Decentralized exchange and how do you ensure safety?

I've been trading on several exchanges, but recently I fell in love with IDEX. This is due to the fast mode of operation and high trading volumes. For safety, I use metamask. Even on mobile, metamask extension  works fine on Firefox. Please share your opinions on your best DEX and how you ensure safety, thanks.

I traded before with IDEX and I can say that its a good dex for me.

At first, I'm hesitating to try it but just use metamask just to be safe. Volume there is quite good and a lot of coins to trade if you want to become a day trader. Don't forget to use metamask if someone wants to try it, connecting directly your wallet isn't recommended.

IDEX, DDEX, and many more. But i don't use metamask because it's too complicate and if there will be a problem in our metamask and i have seen someone feels complicated to recover his problem.
Remember idex is the only one decentralized exchange site which has been getting a lot of daily trade volume and it always increases anytime.
