Local bitcoin auto reply bot needed API

Previous experience with local bitcoin API is essential, also not charging extortionate amounts

Do Local bitcoin TOS allow auto reply using bots? I thought that they would prevent it because it would be like pure spam or fake feedback.
If the platform detects that you are doing this via a bot, your account will be blocked, your funds will be frozen and you may not be able to use that site again.

Yes, they are allowing it because sometimes I too buy BTC from someone when I exhausted BTC on my LBC wallet. So I had experience that I got automated reply about how and what are the requirements for the payments or their payment details immediately after opening the trade but I never used it by myself.
