Core developer and finance type have jointly written to the SEC warning them of the potential evils of Bakkt, namely comingling and hypothecation - ie creating paper crypto.

I know Bakkt are saying they won't be diluting anything but things can change. Will crypto's unique qualities see this off or will it become the norm?
