Is the token can be traded outside? for example listing on certain exchange.

The platform is in Beta version! Launched 2 weeks ago. (with only 500 people sharing the available rating points - read: tokens - that are distributed every 6 hours).
You can already count your tokens but they are on  testnet at the moment, and they will be migrated to mainnet as soon as they perfect the algorithm.
The thing is that by influencing and curating the post (upvote and downvote like in reddit) the machine must split the tokens among infleuncers, and they are testing the final formula. And yes you'll be able to buy and sell them on exchange platforms. Better collect as much as you can before the mass gets in
