Unfortunately, I don't think  you can find Ethereum ASICs for that price. The cheapest is the bitmain e3, which sells for more second hand, and that one won't be able to keep mining Ethereum by the end of 2020 anyway

Get an RX 580. Mine still runs at 30MH/s and pulls between 98 and 108 watts, makes me about 65 cents a day after paying it's ~30 cents power cost. The card itself costs $100-200 depending where you buy it. My 5700 XT gets 52MH/s, haven't OC'd it at all, costs about 400 bucks

edit: I got my numbers wrong. My 580 is more like 65 cents a day total, which is about 35 cents a day after it pays for power
