for a personal project I am looking for a person to start a project as equal partners. So please do not reply if you are a freelancer. Only reply if you are interested to become a partner.

this project is no HYIP or investment program. I am fed up of all kinds of scams and want to set up a decent business that is good for traders, investors and marketeers. I have a concept worked out but I am looking for the right partner with the right skills to put the idea into reality.
