MadGamer, that is a reasonable "must-have" to upgrade our mixer! Thank you. Our goal is to provide reliable and trustful service and that means signed messages are needed.

Give you a few reasons in order to trust - well, if I'll tell that "we have new algorithms" and "our mixer is different" that would not be a prove or a true reason that you can trust us. But, I believe that our actions will prove that much better than any words, we are looking to upgrade our service, that is why the message is already signed.

At this moment, we are providing Order ID status instead of "letter of guarantee", but I see your point, we will revise it.

Could you please specify at least your region, it will be handy to have some data to identify a problem.
Yes, BTC funds are available and part of them will be published soon, due to our policy the major part of funds will not be available in terms of respect and privacy of our users.

As was already posted before, we are using combination of CoinJoin method and our own algorithms to hide your transactions and identity.
