Discount rate he's looking for is -3 to buyer 1 to buyer's agents.

Procedure is 1. seller sends satoshi test 2. buyer sends back POF 3. F2F meeting in buyer's office in HK to close the deal.

Payment method can be either cash, bank transfer, escrow.
