Want to order some item from wallmart USA. But since international cards don't work there my transaction gets declined. So looking for someone who can hook me up with a VCC which I can use to purchase from there. Either fixed balance or re-loadable would be preferred. Paying with BTC/ Paypal

First I will be buying a small amount card for a test transaction. if that works then expect a bigger amount. (with escrow).

don't use monthly subscription companies, you can get free subscription and check the mail forwarding prices before you join.
