Hey Bro's and Girlies out there...first i dont know where to post this because its a "mining problem" with "altcoins" so i thought may this is the right forum for it....if not, pls forgive me and move it to the right subforum...

I have following problem with mining scrypcurrencys:

If i undervolt my GPU's with Vbios change from standard 1.200 to anything else (like 1.150, 1.100, or 1.180) i cant use CGMiner or SGMiner.

only 2 or 3 GPUs are working then, with 710 khs, the others are at zero.
If i use the normal VDDC, like 1.200V, and i change it per software with TRIXX or SGMiner, i got the same powerconsumption as before.

I have this setup:

AMD Sempron 3200
AMD Sabertooth with 4 GB Ram
5 GPUs alla Gigabyte R9 280x
Enermax Platimax PSU with 1500W
Win8 64bit

With 1000mhz for each GPU i get at normal VDDC 700 khs, but a power consumption like 1630 Watt. I undervolted the CPU too.
if i set the GPU's MHz to 1050 my Comsumption is rising like hell too 1675W and then i shutted it down, because i am afraid of it (only 1500W PSU, u know).

So, two big questions:

1.Why the minerprogramms are freezing if i use the GPUs with undervolted VBios?

2. If i try to undervolt per Software, why it doesnt work and i wont see any results?

here is my SGminer Conf:
