Hello Ladies and Gents,

Just wanted to share a new mini-project of mine and chose the off-topic section of the forums to make the introduction.

There are a metric spank-load of chart sites, exchanges, faucets, forums, chat-rooms, IRC communities, pool communities etc and so forth for the epic amount of coins currently out there in cryptoverse. Instead of floating around to catch the latest news - information that parallels posts in certain forums but deserves the status of "news" rather than "banter" - I created The Cryptsy Report to act as both an information brain dump and news aggregator to exchanges, community, coins and trends.

My hope is to keep it non-automated and allow members of the crypto community to share breaking news, insights and more. You don't need to become a member and there is nothing fancy. The cryptoverse is a beauty in free anonymous computing and The Cryptsy Report will remain wide open for people to move in and out.

Currently, there are about a half dozen regular writers with several one-time writers (randoms, pool owners, exchange mods etc.) reporting in. If you wish to contribute any form of information that others may find news-worthy or intriguing regarding the cryptoverse, please stop on bye and click "Submit Post" or "Submit" on http://www.cryptsyreport.com/. From now, until it is unfeasible, The Cryptsy Report will be rewarding accepted published articles with coins - no strings attached. Simply read the guidelines and terms to get started.

The Cryptsy Report currently has Disqus installed to allow for further banter between specific articles.

I hope at least some of you, enjoy the effort, though simplistic.

To the moon!

Wish you great luck with this faucet.

Thanks much! Not really a "faucet" in the traditional sense - but people can get coins without monetary investment.

The purpose is mostly to allow people to share news and insights, regardless of coin, in a news-based format. There are no contracts or lengthy registrations -merely hop on, post what you think is relevant and perhaps it will be published and if such, rewarded with coin.

We recently had the admin. of Poolerino - one of the original top 5 pools before the series of DDOS attacks, write two articles outlining the rise of doge pools and the effect of the group attacks. This is just one example of what the Cryptsy Report is all about. Spread the news, and tighten the community.

By "How much is the limit?" do you mean what is the maximum someone can earn? If that is the question, the amount is not capped. If you submit 12 articles and let's say 10 are accepted for publication, you would be rewarded for the 10 published articles. The same is true for 2 articles, 5 articles, 100 articles... N articles.

It is no different than "freelance" news writing - I'm just trying to get those people who dig around to form a group together so we can report the latest happenings in the cryptoverse.

The coin reward is an incentive - and if you look at the terms, I urge and request all writers to sign their articles with their pen/writing/author names and with 4 coin addresses (LTC BTC Doge and Moon). This way not only can The Cryptsy Report reward you more efficiently, but visitors to the site can also donate to their favourite Cryptsy Report reporters. The Cryptsy Report's reward range currently spreads from a few tens of Moon for rapid-fire short "breaking" articles, to a few LTC for special articles, award articles, invited articles etc. The terms and guidelines on the page outline this perfectly.

There are plenty of things to write about and we permit short articles as well. If you intend however to do a bunch of short articles, please message us and allow us to reward you for multiple submissions at once, rather than one after the other. Clearly, rapid-fire articles will be rewarded differently, albeit within the terms as we mentioned, than more lengthy or investigative writing; All published and accepted articles will be rewarded.

We will also be trying to put together a monthly Cryptsy Report Award to the best article of the month. The reward here will be larger, and in addition to the reward already granted for the publication. The award and author will also be announced on the front page for some prestige.

Thanks so much! We will be continuing to dev the site, we just wanted to get the framework rolling to allow people to submit content.

Anyone and everyone is welcome to submit anything of relevance and articles/posts can be quite small. Once published, people can join in on the conversation for the article by clicking it's title. Disqus is already installed - the same "forum" type software used by CNN and the BBC - and authors need not do anything to get that enabled for their post.

Stop on bye, submit an article or merely comment on what is posted there - have fun! You can view our archive in visual format by clicking Archive on the far right. We also offer an RSS feed.

We will be tying in specific tickers and analytics to exchanges for our readers in the near future as well. We offer everyone the chance to help out.

Just a quick update, The Cryptsy Report has "freelanced hired" 3 regular submitters in addition to all other regular and one-off submitters. These three will receive an extra incentive monthly coin "salary" in addition to the typical publication rewards. The plan is to hired approx. 10. All published articles, regardless of "freelance hired" are still rewarded coin.
