i am new in EOS platform,

and i read on wallet.

"Send the account creation code to a friend to create your account for you on simplEOS. This code does not contain your private key
After your account is created please import the active key only on your wallet!"

can someone help me in creation?

You should create in zeos https://www.zeos.co/.. You can follow their instruction on the video provided in the website.Hope it would help you.

to be honest there are many video tutorials about making eos wallets, look at one of these videos on youtube.
