What do you mean that you can't reply? Can you give us a link directly to the thread if where you are trying to reply, there are some thread that you are not able to reply because it is locked.

Dear members,
I dont know somehow i was unable to reply/comment on a thread. What i did might be helpful if you face the same situation ever. I modified the steps for new users like me 😁. Just follow the simple steps below:

1. Clear the cookies and browing history.
2. Logout and login again try to post reply.
3. If couldn't reply, try to comment on other posts.
4. If ok, then goahead. If not ok, try to create a new post.
5. If you couldn't, you might have some limitations on your account. Contact the bitcointalk authorities. If posted successfully, then goahead.
6. Still you can't reply on the thread, try to comment on your own post.
7. Now goback to the thread where you want to make reply.
Thats it.

Now, i wish to draw attention of bitcointalk authorities through this post, to please investigate for any bug if causing the issue.

there are some thread that you are not able to reply because it is locked.

Also please note that Legendary socks435 shared his knowledge that locked threads can't be replied.
