Is crypto and blockchain part of a virtual future?

With the expanding boundaries of the tech world, including crypto and blockchain, a world overtaken by the virtual is maybe not so far away. Some companies are jumping on the chance (take a look at the launch by Virternity earlier in the week : https://virternity.com/) and I wanted to know peoples thoughts on this? Have you taken a look at it at all or thought about it? Just curious to know peoples opinions on this forum
